After the preview, we provide you with a detailed bid for staging services. If you choose to move forward with The Hidden Gem Design Company for your vacant home staging, this fee will be credited toward your total staging cost. Please note, the preview fee must be paid upfront, and travel distance may impact this expense. 

 For $199, our one-hour consultation covers essential design and paint recommendations to enhance the appeal of your home. We’ll guide you on color choices, layout, and design strategies to maximize your space’s market potential. This fee must be paid upfront, and if you decide to use The Hidden Gem Design Company for full vacant staging, the consultation cost will be credited to your account. As with the preview service, travel distance is considered when determining the total cost.

Our two-hour staging consultation is designed to provide you with expert guidance on preparing your home for sale while you’re still living in it. During this consultation, we’ll walk through your home together, identifying areas for improvement and offering tailored suggestions to maximize its appeal to potential buyers. From decluttering and furniture arrangement to enhancing curb appeal, we’ll provide actionable recommendations to help you showcase your home’s hidden potential.

Ensure your home shines in listing photos with our two-hour staging prep service. We’ll assist you in putting the final touches on your home to enhance its visual appeal for professional photography or open houses. From arranging furniture and decor to optimizing lighting and ambiance, we’ll work together to create inviting spaces that capture the attention of prospective buyers. Let us help you make a lasting impression with stunning listing photos that stand out in the competitive real estate market.

Any additional time beyond the initial consultation or photo prep service will be billed at a rate of $200 per hour.

Once scheduled, payment is required in advance for all services, and there will be no refunds. In the event of a last-minute cancellation or rescheduling, a $75 fee will be added to the invoice. This fee must be paid in advance along with any remaining balance.

After completing the preview or consultation, we will provide customized pricing based on the specific staging requirements of your home.
